LLC “Visa management service” is the commercial company authorized by the Estonian Embassy in Moscow, the Estonian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg and Chancery in Pskov to provide Estonian visa application services in Russia. VMS is certified with the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 quality management system certificate.

Estonian Visa center provides assistance in applying for Estonia Schengen visa as well as represented by the Pskov Chancery Holland and Lithuania.

All applicants submitting documents for the schengen visa have to enroll for biometrics. For more information please click here .

 In accordance to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation, all applicants have to provide consent for processing personal data related to their visa application and are thus requested to complete and sign the consent to the processing of personal data form in Russian Language only.

In order to present the documents at Visa Center in Pskov the appointment is not mandatory

VMS fee for processing your visa application – 1300 rubles per application (In case of applying in Pskov Visa Center).

The VMS services and visa fee are paid in cash at the office, as well as through the internet bank card when registering to submit documents.

Dear applicants!
Kindly note that the documents provided by the inviting party for a visa to Lithuania and Holland (a confirmation letter from a company, invitation letter ftom a private person etc.) if in Lithuanian or Dutch only are required to be translated in written/typed in English, Estonian or Russian languages.
If the inviting company`s invitation in Lithuanian or Dutch only, then the same need to be translated into English, Estonian or Russian languages and notarized.

In visa center, as a security measure and for the purpose of providing effective work, using mobile phones and electronic devices is not permitted. Mobile phones and electronic devices should be switched off during the whole period of stay in the Estonian visa center.
